Stay at coffee finca

Hi Josh - my daughter and I met you in Catarina Mirador when you were with Andrew Z's film crew. We'll be back in January for her wedding in Managua, then a few days at the beach at San Juan del Sur. Then a few of us want to head to the hills in the north and stay at an eco-friendly coffee finca for a couple nights. any suggestions? El Jaguar? Selva Negra?

depends how rustic you want to go with the coffee thing. selva negra is the nicest, finca esperanza verde also a great option, i haven't been there in a while. sounds like a great plan, have fun and feel free to ask anything else.
